Join us for mindfulness practice every Tuesday 7pm - 8.30pm @ The Engine Room, Hale Village.  

Please arrive from 6.45pm for a relaxed start.

Each evening will include a guided meditation, a walking meditation and a silent meditation. There will also be a group reading and an opportunity to share experience of your practice in a safe space.

Just drop in. No commitment required to follow a course over weeks or months.

A voluntary donation of £4 or whatever you can afford to cover the cost of the room hire is gratefully received.
